The Church and the Surrounding Area
The Potter's House is a non-denominational charismatic fellowship of believers with a "Passion to Prepare a Place for Him.” It was founded in 1986 by Pastors Ron and Carla Ives. The church was built in 1993 on our 33 acres, debt-free by faith with a word from God, with classrooms and offices added over the years, also debt-free. We desire to minister to all ages; we believe that children and adults alike can have a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ; and we offer various ministry opportunities for children, youth, and adults. Please check out our purpose statement, core values, what we believe, and Our Story on our website under the about tab. Applicants must align with our beliefs.
Located in the middle of the state, Mount Pleasant is home to more than 21,000 full-time residents as well as Central Michigan University and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.
