If you would like to have your child dedicated during service please pick up a form at the Connection Center or click on the media tab/forms to find the online form. Forms will need to be turned in by Monday, October 16th. Please send an email to office@pottershousefwc.org with the picture of your child that you would like shown during the service. There will be a mandatory class on Wednesday October 18th at 5:45pm.
